This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.colorspacehair.com and our mobile apps (the “Site”).  By submitting your order through the Site, you consent to the practices detailed in this Privacy Notice.  This Privacy Notice is effective November 1, 2020.  Our customers are independently owned and operated.  They are required to have a comprehensive privacy notice of their own that is available at their individual location.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, what site referred you to our site, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.  Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We use the Personal Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Personal Information to:

We require our service providers and our affiliates to keep your personal information secure.  In addition, our service providers may not use or disclose personal information for any purpose other than providing the services on our behalf without your prior written consent.  You may be able to access third-party websites through links available on our websites. You may also connect to social networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Vimeo, TikTok, and LinkedIn. These links may be provided for your convenience. We do not have any control over those third-party websites and we do not provide any guarantee that the privacy practices of the hosts of those websites meet our standards. Your use of such third-party websites is at your own risk and will be governed by the privacy policies of those websites and not by this Privacy Notice.

We may transfer information we have about you in connection with a merger or sale involving all or part of our business or as part of a corporate reorganization or stock sale or other change in corporate control.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information if it is necessary for us to collect a debt from you or to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
